Open Horse Show
presented by Eastgate Saddle Club.

This Years Horse Shows will be held at Sweet Talk Stables,
Hwy # 1 East turn right at Rg Rd 275, follow it until you reach the arena on the East (Left) side of the road.
Please see the map available on our website.

Registration Open at 8 am or earlier depending of size of classes.
Start time at 9 am.

Please complete one entry for each Horse you will be riding.
*Please Indicate the Date of the Horse Show you wish to attend Important Information:
Entry Fee Is $40 for the day (excluding Stake Classes and Fun Classes).
or $8.00 per Class/Horses.
Lead Line are $4.00 per Class/Horse.
A Show Number will be assigned to you for each Horse registered.
There will be a $5.00 fee for use of the Show number that will be refunded upon return of that number in good condition.
A $5.00 Arena Fee will be added to your Entry Fee.
There will be a POST ENTRY FEE of $20.00 added to your Entry Fee if you wait until Show day to register.
Stake Classes will have no points awarded towards year end totals.
Fun class will have no points awarded towards year end totals.
You must be a Registered Eastgate Saddle Club Member to be eligable for Year End Awards/Trophies.
Each Stake Class entered will have a fee of $10, with a 60/40 split cash payout.
Dollar Bill Bare Back Class is $2 to enter. Winner will receive 100% payout. no Chaps or Full seat britches will be allowed.
Any class(es) may be cancelled at the Show Director's discretion.
Exhibitors will be notified if classes are cancelled or combined.
Start time is at Show Director's discretion.

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to be bound by the Constitution and Rules of Eastgate Saddle Club and to comply with any special regulations and hold harmless Eastgate Saddle Club, Sweet Talk Stables or the Municipal District of Rocky View No. 44 or their staff, members, Directors, Show Committee and/or any persons in any way connected with this show from loss, damage, injury, accident, illness, disease or death from any participant in this event.
