If you're not coping well at the moment, perhaps I can help you.

I work with individuals, couples and families to help give them clarity about the issues they are facing, and to show them a path which will lead them to a happier and more harmonious way of living.

Whatever is troubling you, let's sit down and talk about it.

Together, you and I will develop a sustainable solution for your problems, one that treats the cause not the symptom, and which leads to greater confidence, peace and happiness in your life.

We will also build an enduring foundation for your emotional wellbeing so you will be stronger, more confident and more self-aware when you 'graduate' from therapy with me. This will help ensure you have the tools to help you better cope with challenges which may arise in the future.

Your long term happiness is my goal.

And I will do everything I can to help you become happier, more confident... and ready to enjoy life once again.

What is our approach to therapy?

We use a form of psychotherapy which is gentle and empathetic, with a strong emphasis on helping you achieve the results and improvements you need.

And because our therapy is introspective, as well as dynamic and interactive, we are able to focus our sessions on gaining a genuine understanding of the underlying reasons for behaviours so a solid platform can be created to facilitate your desired changes and outcomes.

Importantly, our therapy provides a safe, collaborative and supportive environment which allows you to talk openly with an experienced professional who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental.

Should you make an appointment for therapy?

The people who typically benefit the most from my psychotherapy sessions are:

Families who would like to restore peace and happiness in their home

Individuals who need to reclaim control of their life and re-build their self confidence
